Established the practice with Ed Glowrey. In addition to listed areas of practice is a current member of the Council of the Law Society of New South Wales serving on Property Law, Professional Conduct, Ethics, and Specialist Accreditation and the Fidelity Fund Management Committees of the Society.

John Glowrey

First worked in the hospitality industry before completing his licensed conveyancing qualification at Macquarie University and then the Legal Practitioners Administration Board and College of Law courses for admission to practice as a Solicitor.

Miles Rogers

Prior to moving into law Miles served with the New South Wales Police Force for 18 years. From 2004 until his retirement Miles specialised in criminal investigations. As a Detective Sergeant Miles led a team of criminal investigators for 10 years. During this time he conducted many high profile criminal and coronial investigations.

Miles has extensive experience with carriage of matters in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Coroner’s Court in New South Wales. Due to his background Miles has invaluable experience on both sides of the courtroom. He also has access to an established network of specialists and experts in multiple areas of the law.

Criminal & Traffic Law (Court hearings, guilty pleas, sentencing matters and bail applications), Family, Property, Employment, Wills and Estates.

John Sibree

Consultant Solicitor

Has practised as a Solicitor in Deniliquin and surrounds since 1977. Previously a partner in the firm Schneider & Sibree.

Agri-Business and Business Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing and Property Law, Employment Law, Medical Guardianships and Powers of Attorney, Personal Injuries Litigation, Water Law, Wills and Estate planning, Will disputes.

Olivia Chenhalls

Secretary and Personal Assistant to all of our Solicitors.

Has had more than 35 years experience as a Legal Secretary and Assistant and has been with this firm since February 2007.

Many years in an administration role of the Education system in NSW and other various NSW Government departments.

Commenced career in banking industry and has since worked as accounts manager, business administration and customer service for over three decades.

Mary Ruberto

Accounts Manager
In excess of 30 years experience of office and business administration.

Has been with the firm since March 1998 and duties include accounts, payroll, and occupational health and safety for the office.

Sandra Thorley

Receptionist and Deniliquin Safe Custody – shared with Robyn Willis
In excess of 30 years experience in office and business administration, and working in legal practices in Victoria and NSW, prior to joining our firm in June 2012.

Carmel McKenzie

Barham Office Manager
With the firm since February 1999. Prior to that with former State Bank.

Duties include client liaison in Barham, Koondrook and surrounding district. Attends to settlements and many other local matters on behalf of the Firm and takes care of the safe custody of all our local clients.

Kathy Hall

Has worked as Personal Assistant to John Sibree, in all areas of his practice, since joining the firm in August 2001.
